I wasn't satisfied the appointment procedure on the website because I couldn't find "Oil and filter change" so I chose synthetic oil change. I took my car in running I was able to take it to point a to point B without an issue the entire week. I was recommended by a friend to take it to the Honda service center at norms in Reeves and ultimately that would be the worst thing I ever did. I took in an operable car and got back and in operable not running car and still had to pay $800 I was only trying to do a check to find out what was having an issue with my car I only wanted a diagnostic instead I got a hefty bill and a car that I couldn’t even drive home and I had to wait almost 3 hours for a tow truck driver.
It was the worst experience I’ve ever had as far as a car service dealer and once again I am reminded why I will never go here again
