It took you to repair my van for almost 3 weeks without giving me rent-a-car so that I can use it to go to work. For major problems, you should anticipate the days that cars will stay on for service. Be kind enough to offer things that could help your customers.

My oil change appt was at 10:45am. I was on time bu didn't leave the dealership until 1:55pm. I've never had to be at the dealer for 3 hours for a simple oil change. Perhaps if it was a walk-in. I left quite disappointed that it had taken so long.
