No car wash. I was told that due to COVID, that is on hold. I have no idea why. Also, I had brought my laptop to work on some things but was told by a salesman, that was not set up. I may take my car to Hohen Honda as it seems they are more attentive to customers while they waiting.

I’m thank you Armando because he fixed the problem that caused from the first day I bought the Honda CRV-EXL. When I got this car, it’s already had sound and made noise during I accelerated my car between 25 to 40 miles. I heard my engine grinding and dangling. I don’t know what’s the noise. So, I called the office told me that’s sound like safe you a gas. When I had the first Maintenance guy told me. The noise is safe gas. It took me 5 month driving with increasing noise louder and louder and unsafe. My family said, they don’t think that’s sound will be a safe gas. They told me bring my car back to the dealer again. Because my car is very new why my car is not worth like the price that I get. Then a week later I went back to maintenance again. I am able to meet Armando. I told him please test driving with me. I told him I drove my car look like engine going to dropped out for 5 months since I bought it. My car has the sound like engine going to dropping off any minute with 5 months. It’s so dangerous. How the Honda made me believe and trust that’s sound like a safe gas sound? Luckily, Armando is able to safe me and my car from unknown sound. I’m very disappointed that this is happened to me. The Honda should be more alert! Thank god! Armando is able to fix the car for me.

Had a coupon for oil & filter change, but print out showed engine filter needed to be changed. When asked about it, the rep moved on & changed the subject to something else needed to be changed. Didn't clarify or answer questions to resolve my confusion. I had questions about what kinds of service/repairs I should soon expect so that I can budget accordingly, but the rep didn't answer any of my questions. The rep seemed rushed. I don't know if he wasn't knowledgeable about the subject matter, he was impatient, or he had other tasks to do.. Also, I think I saw a sign for masks but the rep wasn't wearing a mask. Overall, the rep was ok but there's still room for improvement.
