Service took almost 3 times as long as it should have when you book an appointment in advance. Don’t take in more cars than you can service, or overbook at the sacrifice of your customer’s valuable time. Steve told me two hours, I was there 2 1/2 hours. It should’ve been one hour. Otherwise all great.
