When I arrived for my 7:00 a.m. appointment there were 3 or 4 cars ahead of me. Since it was my first time at your service dept I got out of my car waited for a bit, when no one came out to help me I went inside. I told a man at a computer that I had an appt. I was told to wait by my car. What would have been nice is a 'good morning', a smile. Feeling like it was an inconvenience to interact with me, I regretted my decision to use your service dept. But i had the appt for scheduled maintenance and a recall fix.
I get it, it was early in the morning, how would you know it was my first time there? First impressions mean alot to me and say alot about a business. Once I met with John, still no smile, no way to know if he's at all happy to be at work, helping a first-time customer. John was much more personable when I returned to get my car. The actual service on my car was great and I appreciate that but what is also important is customer-focused service.

The requested service was not completed.. my rear lift gate is still closing partially and has hit my head twice.. the engine is still producing abnormal amounts of residue and over amount of condensation don’t know if it’s oil or running too rich or if something is leaking internally?
Also on restart after auto engine stop the car lunges forward, not safe..

Mathew was great. But I took the car because I had a flat tire and the nail was on one side so it couldn't be repaired. So I wanted to get a new tire on the dealer to be exactly the same as the others. When I picked it up (the next day from the sales department because service was closed) I found the rim all scratched up like if they dragged it on the floor. I know it wasn't like that when I took it in because I had it on the trunk and was driving with the doughnut. Very disappointing.
