I brought my Honda Civic on for 5K service yesterday. I assumed that, like ALL similar mileage services, that the tire rotation was included. I was NEVER told that it wasn’t AND that there was an extra charge for it!! Of course I wanted my tires rotated! It’s 5000 miles, duh! I’m in my 70’s and I have never gotten such poor service from an auto dealership. I will NEVER have any business dealings with you again. I

4 hour wait for an express service with an appointment changing brake fluid, oil and transmission fluid. Told it was a slow day so it should not take long.
When service was complete, I asked about the results of the free inspection and received no answer because he was too busy taking my payment
My service order did not have any recap from the free inspection, either. I have always received tire pressure, tread depth, brake pad thickness and any concerns the technician found. Not this time.
I have not used Norm Reeves for service in a while. Sad to see a large decline in your level of service. I will try another Honda dealership next time.

Jessica was beyond awesome. Only complaint was that my car smelled wet and greasy. Several things were adjusted like the rear view mirror the radio the seat, etc so in the dark I had to try to figure it all out. I’m disabled and my husband always does these things for me but we were in a hurry as I usually don’t drive in the dark.
