I was told to come back the next day after 10AM to get an additional key fob programmed to my car once the key fob arrived at the dealership. When I came at 4:30PM the next day I was told by a different advisor that this service needs to be performed at 3PM or earlier since there are no technicians available that late in the day. This information would have been helpful to know ahead of time given that I made special arrangements to leave work early. It is frustrating that I wasted my time and gas for no reason, especially when I spent over $1000 on services.
