If you have a recall & someone calls to schedule to have it done & asks if have parts & it told yes, then finds out not done because no parts this is not acceptable. That was the primary reason why scheduled the appointment on Nov 2nd. Waited almost 2 months not told if parts came in. Then get a call from the resolution team asking to have recall done. Called them & told them had taken in for recall but not done because no parts. Was told to call dealer again & that there were 6 dealers nearby to
get it done.But nobody had the parts on Nov 2nd since Gary called around. Got it done but needed two service appointments to accomplish
