Your service people constantly advise I do things to my car that are not really needed. I feel taken advantage of because I’m not knowledgeable about cars and what they may need. It seems each time I bring my car in, there is always something that needs to be “fixed.” Recently my husband & his friend who has experience repairing cars did a lot of repairs to my car. A month later I brought my car in to you to get my timing belt replaced ans was told a complimentary multipoint inspection would be done. I left shocked at the paperwork listing so many things that need to be “fixed” when a lot of those things were already addressed by my husband and his friend AND I had just spent $1,600 getting the timing belt replaced per the package kit and the paperwork stated under “attention needed” that my timing belt tensioner was leaking!!! When my husband called the following day, John told him that the multipoint inspection was done before my car was worked on. Regardless, the timing belt was just replaced and they couldn’t bother to update the comments to remove that from “attention needed.” And again, all the repairs my husband and his friend did were not accounted for so clearly a proper actual inspection was not done.
In addition, a few months ago I had to bring my car in for a recall of the fuel pump. When I picked up my car, I was shocked that the inside of my car was all over the place. Items from my glove box were on the floor. And things I had in the back seat were all over the place. When I complained, I was told that they had to move all my things to do the work. It sure would have been nice to know that in advance so I could have removed things accordingly rather than have the contents in my car moved around. It was just extememu uncalled for.
Another example is they will say my filters need to be replaced and when my husband looked at them, they were still good and didn’t need to be replaced.
Needless to say, I will not be going here anymore to have my car looked at or worked on. I’m done with this place. I’m tired of feeling scammed, taken advantage of & given the run around on my car constantly.

The communication is not there. I waited for my car for 2 hours before I checked to see if it was ready, just to find out it had been ready for 30 minutes without notice. Also I was sent a text with other services needed, I checked off on these items to be completed just to find out none of the work was done. My time was wasted and needed services that your technician provided were not done leaving me to have to make another service appointment to get this work done which can compromise the car

I went in to do my service on Saturday. The
Representative who helped me was Michael Barr. When I went to pick up my car after the service was done, he told me my car was parked right out in the front and gave me my keys. I went out to the front of the parking lot walked around kept beeping the alarm to see if I could find my car and I could not find it. I went back to let him know that I couldn’t find my car. He said it’s right out front. I said no it’s not. He said he would help me in a minute turned his back on me and continued doing what he’s doing. There was another representative there. I did not get her name who said she would help me instead, she got up, went to the front of the parking lot set off the alarm to my car and we still could not find it. She went around to the back of the parking lot all the way to the side and finally found my vehicle and brought it to me. I think Mr. Barr was very rude and not concerned that I could not find my vehicle. They always say it’s out in front and you have to walk around the parking lot in order to find it. I think all representative should walk you to where your car is at because sometimes you just cannot find it and you’re left there walking around the whole parking lot without a clue as to where it’s parked at. They always say the car is out front but never give you a clear direction as to where it is actually Parked. Mr. Barr could’ve been done a better job. I wish I would’ve gotten the ladies name who helped me. She was very kind and patient. She went the extra mile to make sure that I found my car.
