Service was rude and unorganized in their notes.— Uses rude remarks in attempt to end transaction or conversation. Always in a rush to leave before 5:45 PM. Service closes at SIX PM. Notes were shared by at least three service advisors. Job was rushed to one day based on what I communicated to one service advisor. Mechanics or service advisor didnt assure that a complete inspection was made, even after bringing what was missed to their attention.

This is the 2nd time Denise Lopez was my service provider. Both times it took me walking up to the desk area, after a 3 hour wait, to check on the progress of my car service only to find she had no clue and had to walk out to talk to the tech. they were waiting on a response from me for ‘additional recommended service- none of which had been communicated to me. The first appt, it took Denise another half hour to text me the ‘additional services report’. This time she verbally communicated what was needed. Another 20 minutes later my car was ready.
For future visits I will make a point of requesting a service rep who knows how to do the job and not just socialize with co-workers.
Does she need more training on computers? Given the number of other customers being processed way before me leads me to believe the delay lies with Denise”s lack of performance.
