Brought my car in 1.5 hrs ahead of my appointment. It took 10 hours for a diagnostic of my AC to be performed and I had to decline service because they were closing at 5pm. I had work on my AC at another Honda service location and they wouldn’t even call over. They told me to do it. I will never purchase and get service from this location again

260 bucks to diagnose a coolant leak seemed overpriced . I paid for a standard oily change , tire rotation new brakes yet I feel like I got screwed for only a diagnosis .
