It’s ridiculous I’ve had the problem since I bought my car and no one can figure out what the noise is supposedly it was fixed but the noise is still there and I had a seven hour wait to four hour wait Because I didn’t have a ride and it’s ridiculous that your dealership does not offer rental cars or loaner cars when the car is under warranty and you cannot fix the problem or find the problem. I will never go back to your dealer

I have to say that I am impressed with the VW dealership and treatment I received here in general. I hope they continue to meet my expectations as I continue to recommend them to other VW owners.
