Sylvia was very professional, kept me up on the progress of my car, and the problem I had with passing my smog test was corrected and when I left there I went to the smog test and retested and I passed which made me very happy. I bought my car at Norm Reeves West Covina in 2010, have always brought it back there for service and will continue to do so. Thank you

I am appreciative that John was able to fit me in despite my not having an appointment. He explained things promptly, and ensured that I was being taken care of i.e., the rental car company.
I only wondered about one $35.00 charge on my bill that might be related to the rental car , which I understood was complementary, but didn’t pursue it further since the whole process was quite smooth and I was given a Veteran’s discount when I asked if that was possible.
