Javier did fine so I have no complaints about him. He was professional and cordial when he processed my order.
My only complaint is it took two hours to change my oil.
I arrived 10 minutes early (10:20) and the service depot didn’t seem overly busy. After waiting for almost an hour, I went outside (at 11:10) and noticed my car was just being taken in to be serviced. Then at 12:30 I went outside again and noticed my car parked outside - indicating the work was completed.
I am not angry, but I do feel 2 hours is an excessive amount of time to have my oil changed.
