She also informed me that it will take approximately 2 hours of waiting since it was a very busy afternoon. Her estimate of 2 hours was correct. I appreciated the warning.

The lady that helped me today did her job and is totally nice. I always see her running around being helpful but With that said, I had an appointment at noon today. I understand when a company gets busy and there can be a wait, but 3 hours is absurd. There is no point of setting an appointment up and that should be made clear by your company/employees. There is not complimentary car washes or anything at Toyota and the wait is so much longer than any other car service center. Honda gives complimentary washes with a reasonable wait. Not sold by Toyota thus far and will consider at the end of my lease.
