As soon as I drove off my Tire Pressure notification went off. I drove back to the dealership and the service tech checked ALL my tires and said they were all really low. He took my car back and added air to all tires. When I expressed this concern to the service advisor he simply blew it off and said tire rotation can cause this. I said how can I even trust that my tires were rotated if they were to also check tire pressure and make sure they were measuring appropriately. From that discussion, he just left his desk area. While i appreciate the honesty of the service tech, i have lost overall trust in norm reeves service dept. this is not my first experience with having to return and most I am made to feel like I am inconveniencing them because they forgot a final detail.

I brought my car in at least 5 times and every time I was told it would be this issue and I had it fixed. A few weeks later the same issue came up, and was told it was that issue and I had if, etc. Finally I was told to pay more to take the engine apart to see what the issue was, that was another $700.00. And then I was told it was not worth fixing as the car was old and had a lot of miles on it… I am sure that I am not the only one to have this issue… It would have been better to know that it was not worth fixing from the beginning.
