As with past appointments, Jesus was very helpful in addressing my concerns about my vehicle. He was friendly and professional. Service was provided in a reasonable amount of time while I was able to wait in their very comfortable and well-appointed customer lounge. While I didn’t partake of the refreshments provided, I have during past appointments and am grateful that they are available. Restroom was also well-maintained as always.

I feel like he actually cares about his job, and works hard to deliver top notch customer service. Give him a raise. He (& many of the other employees at that location) have actually allowed me to have a positive experience when getting my car repaired, unlike every other auto shop.

Well it wasn't fixed the first time I picked it up. I had to leave it over the weekend to actually be fixed. But, now 2 days after getting it back my check engine light magically turns on. It makes me suspicious as to what was actually done with my car whilst in their service department.

I left my truck for service at 9 am appointment for oil change and possibly additional maintenance. Around 11 am I had to find someone to give me update about the additional items to fix instead of you guys reaching out to me. I was waiting at the waiting area until 3:30 pm while the crew told me it will take no more than a couple hours. I found myself spending the entire day waiting for the car to be ready. Also the guy who checked my truck in at morning didn’t work later and I had to find other rep to communicate with.

He explained what some of the possible causes might be & assured me the techs would take a good look at it.
