I do not appreciate when the workers leave my car windows all the way down and my car doors unlocked in the open parking lot being unsupervised when I have valuables in my car. The workers also left a mess in my passenger seat that they did not clean up and I have photo proof of this. I already talked to the worker that rung me up and he took photos and said he will talk with his team. This has not happened to me once but 3 times in a row and I feel like the third time is the final straw and should say something so now I am.

My car was there 4 days. Some days I didn’t get a status so didn’t know if I was getting my car that day.
I got a loaner which was fabulous. But it was a hybrid and nobody walked me through how to operate the car.
When my car was ready I received a text message stating to text back when I plan to pick up car. I did. When I went to pick up car, I waited 20 min for my car because it was at a lot on other side of freeway.
