Rosalina and Dinh, the technician, were very good and helpful. Unfortunately the air leak that is emanating from the driver side window area, that I was told was already known about by a bulletin that was sent out, wasn’t able to be fixed. It is still very audible and I’m concerned because it’s getting more pronounced when I go over bumps. Can you please tell me my next steps to address this issue please. Thank you

My vehicle was serviced on 11/12 and continues to have issues I believe my car was misdiagnosed and I was sold a service I did not need. Although I still need my car repaired I no longer trust what I am being told. I am extremely disappointed because my car has been exclusively serviced at Norm Reeves since I purchased it. I will be taking the car elsewhere for repairs and will be filing a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair.

Jessica did a great job maintaining communication and responding to my questions. I appreciated her honesty and clarity.
I have been frustrated for a long time with the amount of wait time for service, especially since I always have an appointment. Jessica explained that it is first come first serve and the appointment is helpful only after the Service Department stops accepting walk-ins. This information would have helped my frustration long ago. Toyota could make this clear. The appointment system is deceiving.

The cost of the service is extremely expensive. I think you should try to reduce some of some of the charges to make it easier to maintain our vehicles.
