I waited for over 30 minutes for an appointment (8:45am). There are 2 lines maybe make one for people who have an appointment. Also, the person who checked me in asked if it was my first time at Toyota. I have taken my car here over 8 years.
Then I get a text that I missed my appointment. Please check your system. I had my car serviced!

We've been to both your service departments both in Huntington Beach and Cerritos (we have two Hondas). Based on our experience, the care and personalization of the visit is much better in Huntington Beach. This comes from experience with both our visit and from calls made to both stores to determine when we should bring the car in for its first visit. Our Pilot will most likely be coming back here, even though it's a further drive.

I’m not completely satisfied… when I got to the desk and signed the form, I did asked will they refill my vehicle coolant? Because it’s low and he said yea, we’ll take care of it. When I got my vehicle back, I read the checklist form and the coolant check was on green. I thought they would refill it because it was low. And I checked before leaving and it was still low level. I took my car to another dealer down the street and have them helped me refill and put the proper coolant for the vehicle.

When we picked up our Element the hood wouldn’t latch. A tech did correct that. The Service Advisor had left and a Porter brought the car up to us.
When we got to the freeway we noticed that there were no lights on. Skip ahead to our interaction with the Sales Manager and we found that the headlights work on high beams only. We’ll be back in the morning. We had planned to be in San Jose this evening.
