This place has the worst customer Ford Service department in my area. I bring my vehicle in for the multiple safety recall issues and of course they still state they can't do anything to fix the Ford Explorer recalls. I warn everyone do not buy a Ford because they do not stand by their product or Ford safety. I left my vehicle with them around 9:30am this morning and stated I need it back before 2:30 to pick up my child from school. No message or call from Ford at 2:00pm so I call them. Nobody answers the phone at dealership until 2:15pm. I stated please have the vehicle washed before I pick it up. Obviously I had to make other arrangements for my child since our vehicle was not leaving the dealership until after 2:30pm. Wife arrives at dealership at
2:40pm and it was not washed and is still filthy. This is a very common occurrence with this particular Ford dealership. They definitely don't want returning customers. This 2017 was the 3rd Ford vehicle in a row that we purchased from Ford but this 2017 Ford Explorer has been the worst vehicle we ever owned and this dealership is horrible.

Emma, Alejandra and our delivery driver (he was great and I apologize I can’t remember his name), they were all terrific. The fact that yet another Ford car is prematurely having costly problems that are not common, is a big, scary, red flag. À loyal Ford customer, we have already seen two past Fords eat up thousands before being told the car is essentially useless at around 36-55k miles and limited family driving. We asked for heavy warranty’s when the Edge “died”, as we could not afford to buy and carry loan after pumping so much into the vehicle. We got the warranties on the 2021 Escape and here we are a year and very low miles added, paying añ expensive uncovered repair. I love your dealership, but think my 40 year relationship with Ford is coming to an end. Our 15 year old Honda given as a gift to daighter seems to be doing just fine at 90k miles. So yes to the staff, no to continuing loyalty to Ford.

I called twice before showing up one of the times actually being an hour before my appt and was assured that my battery replacement t would be covered under new car warranty. I drove over to cerritos and just so they can tell me no its not covered. I verified twice before going and was told it was covered. I felt like the staff didnt care because they lied to me. Horrible experience. Very disappointed with the staff
