I arrived at the dealership at 9:30am and was there until 5:30pm. The communication was not clear. The discount communicated was not given. I was told my car would be ready at 1pm, then 3:45pm, then 4:45pm.
After communicating the complexities of the situation and the various gaps in communication along with the fact that I had to make arrangements for my children because I did not have vehicle with the manager she said she would call me today. Have yet to hear from her.
I frequent this service department consistently and I am very disappointed with how the situation was handled.

I was totally unsatisfied with the whole process of having my car towed there, and then having my car picked up and delivered to another Toyota dealership that diagnosed the problem right away no one even called me or told me anything, but what something may or may not cause and I should expect to pay thousands and thousands of dollars to get the problem even address or either resolve it just seems like me and my wife been bringing a car to your place and the customer service are really do ****.
