It was a holiday today. It was very busy. I was not in a hurry. My car was finished being serviced within an hour and a half. I am always more than satisfied with the service that Julie and the rest of the crew have to offer! I love my Honda and I love the service that I receive from the service department. To start, I understand that your team was busy today but that is no excuse for poor customer service. I initially waited 30 min from my appt time to speak to a technician. When the tech came out to speak with me he failed to notify me to leave my glove box unlocked so that the mechanics can change out my cabin filter. As a result of this the mechanics left the cabin filter on my passenger side seat without a box or any kind of packaging. Also the technician that I worked with today treated me with a passive aggressive tone. In the past when I’ve gotten maintenance done with Toyota the tech goes over brake life, tire tread and the overall condition of my vehicle. They also inform me of any upcoming service recommendations to keep in mind for my next visit. This tech did not, when I asked him for the print out he seemed bothered and annoyed by this request. When he did eventually print this paper out to me he still failed to go over it, instead handed it to me and told me to have a good day. Thinking back on my previous encounters with the techs of norm reeves Toyota this definitely goes down as one of, if not the worse experiences I’ve had. I will need to seriously consider if my money would be better spent at another service provider. Thank you.

Waiting five hours to be advised you that a flat tire is the reason for your psi light malfunction is. extremely unacceptable and been dishonest with customers is completely unacceptable.
