First time buyer, sales dept and finance dept were pretty good I must say. However two wks later on a 2026 Honda civic hybrid, I get an alert message stating “emission system problem, check with your dealer” I make an appt bring in the car for to have it checked, the staff member by the name of George Juarez comes and ask what the issue is I show him the censor light on the dashboard walk with him to his desk and he like “btw it’s gonna be like a 5 hour wait, I said wow even with an appt by this time he was already raising his voice then he says YOU’RE NO MORE IMPORTANT THAN ANYONE ELSE” my point here is how to handle an approach with a profesional manner and not argue back with a customer that just a purchase a brand new car with issues in under a month, I follow up with supervisor by the name of MICHAEL and pretty much matches the sarcasm within all the service dept

I showed my advisor the text I got from Norm Reeves regarding a $50 discount so he can apply it but he insist that he gave me the discount. When I looked at my paper work it was only $25 that he gave me and not the $50 that I was given by Norm Reeves. Then he kept insisting and made an appointment for the other service for my car when I am not ready yet. He is so pushy that I do not appreciate it

When calling to make the appointment for Service A the service person who I spoke with suggested Saturday afternoon as a non peak time to come in. I took her advice and came in at 3 pm. I did not check out until 5:30. With my other Honda that I purchased at Norm Reeves I had all service done at my local Honda mechanic - Automotive Excellence. The level of service they provide is exemplary. I was pressured into purchasing an extended warranty and getting my service with you - it isn’t reasonable for a oil
Change to take 3 hours. I’m very frustrated and annoyed because I was sold something I am not capable of receiving.
