Unfortunately my recent service from Clayton Enick was not good. My floor mat anchor had ripped out. I went through Honda customer service to ask for Honda good will on replacing the carpet. Honda agreed and the bottom carpet kit was ordered. After the installation I noticed the floor mat was not replaced even though the anchoring plastic parts were ripped out and therefore the floor mat could not be anchored down. Clayton said he would request to have the floor mat also covered by Honda goodwill, but I have not heard anything about it. When I got home I noticed a plastic cap covering the passenger seat where it screws to the floor was missing. I asked Clayton about it and the response was that it was missing when the car was brought it…not sure why that part would be missing as I noticed right away that something didn’t look right. Not good customer service, unfortunately.

I’m not sure why I had to waste my personal time because YOU GUYS lost or damaged the backup key fob on a brand new truck. It should’ve been replacing prior to it being sold. And the fact that the lady who wrote up the service ppwk told me that I’d have to wait TWO HOURS for the key fob was ridiculous. She was quite rude and condescending when I asked her if I had to wait for Joseph after another employee told me that he was on a lunch break. She just kept saying, “ I’m writing it up for Joseph.” Your service advisors aren’t very nice. They need more training in providing excellent customer service. Just by this experience alone, I will NOT be servicing my new Honda there. Perhaps you should focus less on volume sales and focus a little more on customer service and taking care of your vehicles. I still can’t believe how much damage is on a brand new car like this.
