We have taken our vehicle in for the same existing problem. We have taken the vehicle numerous times and it does not seem to get repaired properly. We get our vehicle back and something new pops up on it. We now have a check engine light on and we have to bring the car back in once again. Then, we are stuck without one of our vehicles.For close to a week wall, you try to figure out what the problem is.And for some reason, the problem is not getting fixed properly. It is very frustrating to say the least

Jessica is the best! She was knowledgeable, friendly and communicative. She listened to well to my concerns, kept me informed during the diagnostic process. And then she explained the problem that Maiki had discovered. She explained that if I was willing to stick around for two more hours he could repair it. So I did! Inface, it was finished within the hour. Jessica explained the charges and even helped me take advantage of the Costco discount, reducing my bill - to my delight. She was the most helpful service advisor imaginable. Thanks for Jessica and Toyota service!

I have always had a positive experience with Hyundai Cerritos, which is why I am extremely disappointed by my most recent service experience. My vehicle was in the shop for over 30 days and during that time I received little to no communication regarding its status. When I initially dropped off my car, Jayden was the advisor assisting me. I later learned he was on leave, which I completely understand. However, what is unacceptable is that no other advisor was assigned to manage my case during that time (as I was told when I picked up my car and shared my concern). I had to reach out on several occasions just to get updates. I was also given multiple estimated completion dates and on at least two occasions those dates passed without any communication from your team, leaving me to follow up myself to confirm that my vehicle was still not ready. This resulted in a significant lack of communication and a very poor customer service experience overall. Additionally, when I picked up my vehicle, I was simply instructed to sign paperwork and told my car would be outside. After being without my car for over a month, I was not provided with any explanation of the issue, the repairs completed, or given the opportunity to ask questions. To add to this, the interior of my vehicle was returned with noticeable dust and dirt across the dashboard, which was very disappointing given the length of time it was in your care. This felt dismissive and unprofessional. To make matters worse, today, the first day I have had my car back, the same issue has occurred again. I am now waiting for a call back from an advisor to determine next steps for addressing a problem I was told had already been resolved. This situation is extremely frustrating and highly inconvenient. Given the length of time my vehicle was in your care, the lack of communication, and the fact that the issue persists, I find this experience unacceptable.

It took nearly 30 minutes to talk to an advisor, Samuel Tung. Once Samuel was on task he had the car taken to the car repair shop to have the Due Bill handled. Then after another15 minutes, he advised that the specialist for the ding/ dent removal process was not available and I needed to make a new appointment.

John Beck provided outstanding service from start to finish. He took great care of my car, which had a major issue, and kept me and my sister updated throughout the entire diagnostic process. He was very transparent with the inspection and repair process, and everything was handled professionally. What really impressed me was how much effort he put in, including reaching out and coordinating everything to make sure the repair went smoothly. John went above and beyond by helping with the insurance process, which made everything much easier and less stressful. Thanks to him, my car is now back to normal and running perfectly. I truly appreciate his professionalism, communication, and dedication. Highly recommend asking for John Beck if you want someone who genuinely cares about your vehicle and your situation!

There was a lack of communication regarding the status of my CR-V. It was left for service on Saturday and returned on Thursday, which I understand. However, I did not receive any updates or notifications during that time. I also tried calling several times, but Johathan were not available. Additionally, I was initially quoted a $1,200 bill, but after doing my own research, I found that the issue may be covered under the powertrain warranty. Please improve communication with your customers. Thank you.
