My only issue was I thought I would get a phone call to explain things instead of just a text. Some people may like this form of communication but I still like talking to someone live.

My car was in the for mechanical work you guys were going to do and it almost took one month so I can get my car back and during that time there’s was no update or anything and know that u guys give me my car back after almost one month u guys send it to the car wash maybe out side your dealership and my hole car has light scratches because of the drive through car wash u guys did cause I have gotten done car washed from u guys and I didn’t look like how it look now with scrolled scratches
