I came in for my first complimentary service, and Clayton Einck took great care of both me and my car. He was friendly, and the service was quick. When I asked about verifying my second free oil change, it didn’t appear in the system. Clayton quickly spoke with his manager, came back, and resolved the issue by adding a note to my file so my next oil change will be free. I really appreciate his thoroughness, willingness to help, and friendly attitude. Thank you, Clayton! Truly appreciate it :)

Ms. Valerie Machado was excellent; however, when I scheduled the appointment by phone, I mentioned that I needed someone to check the charger door. She kindly explained that my appointment was only for rotation and not diagnosis, and that on Saturday it would take another three hours. She recommended that I make a different appointment, which I agreed to.

My car was returned to me after over 4 hours and it was dirtier than I took it in. I understand the service center was busy but that does not excuse the service standards. You should not have serviced every car that came in if you were not staffed. There were many dirty greasy spots on the exterior, especially on the handles which really upset me. What upset me more was that I found a fast food purchase receipt from Cerritos in the passenger seat which told me that someone took my car out for a joyride to buy food. I was very patient even after I was initially told that it will take 3 hours. There was no communication after 3 hours that it will take longer, instead I had to go inquire about the status. It was poor service overall.
