It's the process of picking up my car when I went to pick it up the girl who help me was not friendly she asked what I needed I informed her I came to pick up my car and she brought a paper for me to sign didn't say what it was said sign it then I asked what it was for then she brought my keys and said my car could be at 2 places didn't know where it was and she said for me to go look for it after spending 1560 on maintenance this was horrible service

Was quoted $50 for an oil change over the phone while scheduling an appointment this morning ($90-something with a tire rotation). I asked for only the oil change and when the service was completed, I was charged $99 and told that information provided earlier was incorrect. Unsure if it was a dishonest method of getting my business or not, but it has made me weary of coming back to this location in the future.
