I received a call at 5:30 pm when they said it would be done close to 4pm and I said I needed to contact my husband to find out if he could give me a ride over and your service guy said he would call me back in 5 minutes. He never called me back so I headed to Honda and arrived at 5:56 and stood there for 20 minutes until someone finally came up to help him and there were 2 clients behind me. Better communication… I have always had great service at Honda but the last couple times here has been below par.

I believe I should’ve been made aware of the severity of fuel pump recall earlier. It’s a scary feeling when all the warning lights come on when you’re driving on the highway at 65-70.
