I am very pleased & satisfied with the service I received on 2/7/2025, Friday. I arrived late at West Covina Honda Dealership trying to have the low tire pressure check. The shop was closing up & all mechanics were gone.
Joe took my car in personally, found a nail in one of the front tire. He overinflated that “troubled” tire saying to “buy time” & told me to return next day to get it fixed. I also appreciate his honesty by checking the history of my windshield wipers(it was put in in 2023) before he put in the order to have those replaced. I know my car is in good hands when he serviced my car.

I honestly felt like Manny Sanchez could have put in more effort in explaining the additional services that needed to be done with my car , he took shortcuts and just asks if I needed any maintenance done and that was it , I didn’t realize I needed a transmission fluid change , fuel induction/throttle body service and etc, he did mention there was additional recalls on my Honda but it wasn’t a recall , because if I wanted the service done that day I would have paid out of pocket since my warranty expired. And when I got the car back , he didn’t mention anything about what was done and what didn’t get done, he just gave me my documents and said it was done. he said they would check my ac compressor for any leaks , but according the the documents, they didn’t even inspect at all. That was pretty disappointing only because I had better customer service from another service advisor. Also when I was trying to locate Manny because he kept leaving his post , the people working inside didn’t really care to help me find him. I had more questions to ask about the services since he didn’t explain anything really.
