My service advisor today was Joseph Huynh. Although my service needs were straight forward (A1 as indicated on the dashboard) and nothing more, Joseph went above and beyond to assist me with something unexpected. I thought I lost my keys and started to panic. Joseph was very helpful in handling a stressful moment by giving suggestions in a calm manner on what to do as it’s naturally difficult for one to think on top of having two toddlers with me. He assured everything will be okay. Thankfully I found my car key and reassured that it is alright. As a mom of two toddlers with limited help at the moment, I am really grateful for the customer care and sensitivity in a situation like that. Also, Manny who helped process the payment was wonderful as usual. I have written a great review for him in the past and he still holds up to those words.
