Upon arrival Ivette immediately came out to check in for fuel recall and oil change.
I mentioned being hearing impaired and needed txt msg when done and she immediately sent a txt when my car was ready.

The representative was not helpful at all, didn't provide any prices and didn't address any of my questions and concerns. Everytime I go there for service my tire pressure is left low as soon as I drive away. I expressed this concern to him and didn't care. With now being the next day my tires pressure is low having me go to different tire shops. I would for someone to call me.
