You refused to fix my condenser based off of another issue with the evaporator. You decided not to do maintenance on 1 aspect of the car, but would not acknowledge that the condenser being bad can have a negative impact on the entire AC system. You quoted 3400.00 at first and then were willing to come down to 2500. Even though the average rate for this job is 960 to 1100.00. Then after picking up my vehicle I notice things were marked requiring maintenance that I was not briefed on. I started coming to Norm Reeves becuase the dealer in Escondido tried to rip my wife off while I was deployed and it go proven by another mechanic.

Leo did great. However, my last Honda (2009) had a clock problem Honda promised to fix but never did. Now, my 2023 Honda's clock is wrong and wasn't fixed. What is wrong with Honda that you can't fix your clocks? I am about to sell it for some other car over a stupid clock
