I can rely on Benito to take car of my car with extreme confidence. He is knowledgeable, friendly and honest. This is my 4th Honda and he has been my service advisor for each of my Hondas. He is the reason I keep going back to Norm Reeves on Beach in Huntington Beach ! I'd be lost without him.

Made an appointment for next day. Told me it’ll be in the next day. I took a day off from work and bring my van in to have my tire replace and found out the tire wasn’t there. I waited for like an hr and finally said it’ll be in again the next day. Should have text , email to let me know that the tire are not there yet. I wasted a day for nothing. I suggest that your employees need to communicate more to themselves and also to customers.
