I waited almost three hours for my car FOR AN OIL CHANGE. I had an appointment, got there 30 minutes before, was told that it would take MAX an hour and then proceeded to not even tell me/ print out what service I needed done. I have never experienced this kind of service at this location I am just in disbelief about this entire situation. This has been my favorite location and I am just a bit upset that I had to walk up for an update and for them to say it has been done.
