I could tell my tires were not rotated simply by the curb rashed wheel I have is still on the same P/S/R axle also none of the wheels have handprint marks as if the tires were moved or lug nuts were taken off. It says on the mechanics inspection sheet a rotation was completed. This is simply not the case.
