Everytime i go you always tell me I need to change my filter. Even though the Honda website recommends changing out every 20K miles. Then the same excuse is used "well our techs say it should be changed." Then I say the Hondaminder didn't go off. Then they tell me "it goes off based on millage". Even though the Honda website says that's not the case. EVERY **** TIME.
