I am so amazed at how Joseph went out of his way to make sure that my car well serviced. And I completely loved his professionalism. He greeted me and my husband with a smile. Mr. Miranda went above and beyond my expectations. He saw that the rear brakes on my 2024 Jetta were worn out and he was able to get them repaired for me under warranty. I took my car in for service on Saturday May 3rd. It got an oil change and tire rotation when I picked up my car that evening my car wouldn’t even start up. It was very frustrating to have to pick up my car from service after a long day from work and have to deal with my car not wanting to turn on. When I left my car for service that morning it had no problem starting up so why did since thing happen after leaving it there for service.
