Making an appointment is a waste of time if I am going to have to wait in line for an hour. Should have an appointment line and a drive up line. Then I was told my windshield doesn’t fit my vehicle. But my vehicle was sold to me like that. I was told I would get a call on Monday after talking to the supervisor, I have not received a call. I am hoping that Toyota can make it right.

2 staff members who were waiting around at the drop off area by the podium. They were busy chatting and saw that I needed to open my rear passenger door to get my baby out of the car. They continued to stand there and keep talking after my husband said “excuse me” the first time. He then had to say it again loudly for them to get the message and then looked bothered and had an attitude while moving aside like teenagers do when you tell them what to do. I found that to be extremely rude - it’s as if we were bothering them by asking them to move!
