Valerie is by far the best service advisor I have had. I appreciate her taking the time to walk me through all my service related questions. She's very knowledgeable and thorough and I truly appreciate that.
I am extremely disappointed in the lack of follow up from my last visit in November 2024 as well as the poor follow up from the service manager who called me months later. Here we are 6 months later and I'm still waiting for a response from them.

You obviously don't really want feedback. Crystal was GREAT but the overall process and experience continue to be ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. I thought waiting for a doctor or dentist APPOINTMENT was painful but you've managed to take "appointment" to a whole new level. Looking forward to the additional survey although nothing seems to change. Feel free to call, unless you're just going to give excuses.
