Your service team is great! I noticed that I was instructed to come back in 10,000 miles instead of the normal 5,000 interval, which is incorrect. Your sales team, however was somewhat unprofessional and passive aggressive on their text exchange with me while trying to earn my car for a trade in. Keep in mind that they’re trying to buy MY car. Being rude and passive aggressive toward me was very disappointing, and a terrible way to build rapport. I’m going to get my car serviced at Dalton or Kearny Mesa Toyota going forward.

Bad communication I when in for a OIL change and brake job service they told me it was going to take them 3hrs to do it, I received a call they hanged up on me, I checked with the advisor he told me the they didn't do the brakes because he couldn't get them so I waited 3hrs just for the oil change..
