My car was supposed to be ready 6/4/25 it’s 6/8/25 and my car still not ready. I missed works 3 days. You keep giving me a date when my car will be ready and don’t fulfill that promise. I text and I don’t get replies. If you don’t. Know when the car will be done don’t give me a date because I job a job to attend and I need my car if it’s not going to be ready let me know so I find a way to get to work. Not only you’re going to over charge me, the service was terrible and I missed 3 days of work. Sincerely GO **** YOUR SELVES!

Came in weekend before for 35,000 mile service which included an alignment. Drove the car a whole week with the wheel not being straight. Had to waste another day taking it back into Hyundai due to alignment not being right. Was not happy with having to waste another day of my time because the service was not completed correctly. So much for the promise in the dealership that service would be done right.

Your service team is great! I noticed that I was instructed to come back in 10,000 miles instead of the normal 5,000 interval, which is incorrect. Your sales team, however was somewhat unprofessional and passive aggressive on their text exchange with me while trying to earn my car for a trade in. Keep in mind that they’re trying to buy MY car. Being rude and passive aggressive toward me was very disappointing, and a terrible way to build rapport. I’m going to get my car serviced at Dalton or Kearny Mesa Toyota going forward.
