Bad communication I when in for a OIL change and brake job service they told me it was going to take them 3hrs to do it, I received a call they hanged up on me, I checked with the advisor he told me the they didn't do the brakes because he couldn't get them so I waited 3hrs just for the oil change..

Having a car emergency is awful! I was towed to your dealership after breaking down on the freeway at 7am. And then I sat for 4 hours with absolutely no one communicating with me—making me feel guilty I didn’t have an appointment. Only when I inquired about my car did someone even check it in! 2 hours later I had a diagnosis. In my opinion this was pretty crummy service!
