Went for tire rotation but didn’t get serviced due to tire quality. I was upset because my oil percentage was 50% when I took in the service station but they changed to 100% without changing engine oil. I reported same thing to Mr. Ruben. Last time also I went for tire rotation . They handover my car without doing tire rotation. When I told about it they said it, they did it. Actually it wasn’t cause I had mark my tires before I went there.

I brought my car for tire rotation, and when I picked it up at home, I noticed that the tire wasn’t at all rotated. They just flipped what is back to front and what’s front to back without rotating it which is the whole idea is to rotate the tire so it doesn’t wear from the same side where you get the right back to front left and front right to back left. I’m very disappointed by this service.
