Went above and beyond to ensure the most urgent maintenance issues were addressed and I understood what work needed to be done next so I could budget and plan for it. Staff always impresses me, but especially so this time when I accidentally spilled a cup of coffee all over the desk and my service man was so kind and well mannered about it!

I felt that the staff that was responsible for the paper work were rude and unprofessional. I know that they were busy and short staffed, but it does not give them the right to be disrespectful to the customer.
None of them was wearing name tag, do I don’t know their names.
Next time, I will go to another location where I don’t feel that I am a ****.
The male staff who helped me, he asked me about my last name. I spelled it for him. Then he asked me how to pronounce my last name. I smiled and said try to read it and say it. He didn’t try to read and pronounce my last time.
He grabbed my keys and gave me two pages to sign e we it out trying to read my last name.
If a staff cannot even try to read the customers name and ignore the whole situation. I don’t think they should be working with the customer.
