Andrew is a legend. Him and Kunaal, who sold me the car (and apologies if I spelled his name wrong) are both incredible human beings. Andrew is a remarkable service agent. Professional, kind, and helpful. He made sure I was comfortable and felt at home while I was waiting in the lounge. He made sure he listened attentively to any question or comment I had, and quelled any previous idea I had of service advisors, who typically are not that helpful. He was easygoing and explained the service I received very thoroughly. Not to mention, he's a cowboys fan, which speaks volumes to his loyalty.
