Did not help gave excuses ready to be delivered and she said it wasn’t norm just called me to tell me the car was ready. I asked her. Oh I mentioned to her that they called. She said no it’s not ready. This went on for like an hour not satisfied.

I took my car for oil change and safety recall and the oil change wasn’t done ,I paid for ,I lost a day of work to get it done ,I just lost 500 does for nothing ,this was the reason why I stop going to Downey Honda and now you guys do the same ,you guys need to be more professional.
