Benito has been the person who has attended me since the first time I took my car for service hi s very caring person and a hard worker. I was informed that the shuttle comes every 15 minutes. I waited for two hours, shuttle didn’t arrive until 30 minutes before my car inspection was completed.

When you all check my engine filter. You all disconnect the cylinder 1 and didn't put it back on right. Once I left the dealership I got a check engine light.

The 10000 mile service I received was fine. What I have a problem with is that I asked about multiple paint chips on my hood getting fixed and she said to talk to the body shop. Went to the body shop and they said it’s not covered under my warranty. My car is less than a year old and has less than 10000 miles, and has 4 or 5 deep paint chips on the hood, and Toyota’s reply is basically, “too bad, that’s not covered “. I could understand this if the car was several years old and had a lot more than 9400 miles, but the paint shouldn’t be chipping with less than 10000 and less than a year old. Toyota says they strive for customer satisfaction, but apparently not in this case.
