Worst experience ever
pretend to be friendly and helpful, but it’s all a show. I came in just to pick up my key fob, and service manager kicked me out—after being a customer for almost 3 years and even buying my car there!
I can’t believe how I was treated. showed zero consideration for my situation and even prevented me from taking my own vehicle. And to make it worse, they had the nerve to ban me from the very dealership where I bought my car.
Unbelievable
I don’t understand suggesting becoming friends is uncomfortable. It shows how fake this place is.

I had an oil change, a diagnostic on the hatch and an exterior detail to my vehicle. I have to wait for the parts required to take care of the hatch, but when I picked up my car, there was a fine layer of dust all over the front and side of my vehicle. It was late in the day, so I took my car home, dusty.
